We had to deal with a major windstorm in November 2024. A massive 300 pound branch fell on our roof, leaving a small hole that started to leak. Elijah came over on the scheduled time and gave us a good quote and good warranty. The workers also came on time to patch up the roof over the course of two days (first day to come do initial work, second day with new shingles). I appreciate them trying to drive around and find the right shingles to match our roof. They also did some roof cleaning of moss as well, and quoted us a much better price that I've gotten from other places before.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the work and recommend them for great communication with Elijah, on time promptness, good pricing, and great fix up. The first picture is the hole that was left behind by the fallen branch, and the second picture is the complete patch up.

We reached out to NearMe for a roof and gutter replacement after seeing the great reviews they had on here. Scheduling and communication was easy and efficient. We were able to schedule our roof replacement when we wanted to get it done and the job was completed in just two days. We were impressed that it was such a quick and smooth process. After our roof was done, our gutters just took one day to replace.. so in total, it only took 3 days to get a brand new roof and gutters! Also, throughout the entire process, Elijah (the project manager?) kept us updated on how things were going and was also easily reachable for any questions we had. We appreciated the good communication!

My only minor "complaint" would be that the cleanup after the job being done wasn't 100%. There were a few scraps and caution tape leftover from the roof job, and then a large ladder was left from the gutter job. However, and more importantly, it was still a job very well done and we are happy with how things turned out. I would recommend NearMe if you are looking to get a roof or gutter replacement!
